- Experiencia en control de costes, gestión de revenue y operaciones en el sector
- Habilidades de liderazgo y de trabajo en entorno dinámico
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado y tendencias en Madrid
- Trabajo en equipo y responsabilidad sobre tareas asignadas
- Habilidades comunicativas y relaciones interpersonales
- Adaptación al cambio
- Excepcional atención al cliente
- Formación en Turismo, área relacionada o experiencia equivalente
- Inglés y Español fluido
- Experiencia en apertura de residencias y gestión de equipos
- Experiencia en la configuración de sistemas
- Experiencia liderando business units y controlando la P&L
