Your mission will be to captivate audiences through engaging and concise copy across various Amazon platforms. Daily Tasks:
- Produce engaging, concise, and brand-compliant copies of Amazon content.
- Incorporate 100% relevant keywords into copies for Amazon searchability, prioritizing highlighted keywords in the KWR spreadsheet.
- Meets copy deadlines and does not cause backlogs.
- Ensure each copywriter understands their roles and responsibilities in content creation.
- Ensure task deadlines of copywriters under their pod are being met.
- Ensure that Monday.com tasks and subtasks are marked complete upon submission, holding every copywriter and designer accountable and creating subtasks or assigning due dates for revisions.
- Ensure that the Creative Briefs are followed to a T during content creation.
- Track the performance of the copywriters in their pod through KPIs and scorecards and provide detailed feedback.
- Cross out tasks in the Priority sheet and move to the DONE section once the update on the AP channel has been sent: endorsed for client's approval, revised and ready for approval, or ready for upload.
- Ensure copywriters comply with the SOPs set in place.
- Ensure Moqups and GDrive files are updated prior to endorsement to the client, holding every copywriter accountable.
- Promptly attend scheduled and emergency meetings, informing the direct senior prior to the meeting if unavailable.
- Closely collaborate with team members to ensure everyone involved is kept in the loop — every detail or content change/request: Creative Managers, major details, changes, or requests: Creative Director.
- Promptly communicate with team members, acknowledging messages on Monday.com, Slack, and Emails — ASAP for urgent and important tasks and within 24 hours for other tasks.
- Strictly follow Amazon Listing Optimisation Guidelines & Ares Projects Guidelines:
- Does not use AMZ-prohibited language and KWs.
- No grammar and punctuation mistakes.
- No format, casing, and typographical mistakes.
- Ensure that every content is always:
- Attractive - Grabs and sustains attention
- Results-based - Solves the pain points and the main problem
- Empathetic - Relatable to the target audience
- Simple - Straightforward but not too simple

- Lead the Weekly Sync, following the agreed workflow, and provide an icebreaker for the week in the engagement channel.
Conduct 1-on-1 video calls with team members you're accountable for.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Ensure that creative requests for their pods are filed on Monday.com are endorsed to the requester once done.
- Provide timely support to the managers, directors, and other seniors by giving updates to portfolios.
- Promptly report backlogs/bottlenecks to the Creative Manager with POAs included.
- Conduct content / creative alignment calls with clients via calls, provide a summary in the client channel once done, and share the recording and summary in the AP Slack channel as well.
- Take over tasks due for the day/s in the absence of their Co-Senior.
- Assist with recruitment as requested by the Creative Director.
- With at least 3 years of e Commerce (Amazon) Copywriting experience
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Resourceful and detail-oriented, constantly seeking innovative solutions
- Outstanding communication skills, fostering collaboration and clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
