We are hiring an HR Legal Specialist who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:

• Be the point of contact for Handling employees in Spain (labor law compliance, contracts, paid and unpaid leaves, documents, etc.).
• Be responsible for the daily requests and HR tickets related with the handling personnel.
• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, fostering a positive environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (seniority documents and categories).
• Control and update HR databases such as Succesfactors.
• Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings.
• Coordination between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist.

What you will need:

• Academic background in Law or Employee Relations.
• Have 3+ уears experience working in Employment Law.
• Have practical knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law.
• Motivated to join HR Department.
• Proactive, goal-oriented with positive attitude.
• Highly motivated with keen attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to travel 2-3 days per month to our Spanish bases.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
