We are looking for a new Customer Service Agent for the TVT-Booking department in Fuengirola (Málaga)!

What does the TVT Agent do?
The Test & Verification-Booking Team assists our sales reps & engineers with registering sales & verifying their different jobs out in the field. The team plays a crucial part in ensuring that new customers and orders are created in our systems and that all signals, information such as codes, and contact information have come in correctly.
This is a full time role with rotating shifts between 09:00 -22:00 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Monday to Friday but including 2 Saturdays per month and 2 Sundays per year. The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of being extended.
The position will consist of:

• Registering incoming sales in our systems.
• Responding to all test and verification calls from engineers and Sales reps.
• Monitoring and following up signals in the Interview.
• Creation of tasks and work orders in CRM.
• Handling of Self-Service Robot Review and Process.
• Support Sales Operations and other CS departments.

• You speak Italian and English fluently.

• Have experience within a customer service-related area.
