Marketing Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in Spain!
This role is crucial in ensuring that all leads generated are properly tracked within our CRM system and that our marketing activities are aligned with our sales goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with Active Campaign, newsletter management, and comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators such as the number of leads, business meetings, and opportunities created. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, generating actionable insights, and proactively driving initiatives to increase lead generation.
Here is a little window into our company: VSN (Video Stream Networks) provides software solutions for audiovisual content management, both for companies in the Broadcast and Media industry and for all those that need to manage, archive, produce, plan and distribute media. The company has developed projects for TV channels, production companies, OTT platforms, public organizations, the educational sector and content distributors, among others. All VSN's systems are ready to be implemented in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments. Moreover, they can be contracted under a licensing model or through subscription as a service (Saa S).
VSN was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Spain, working in a remote work model!
What your day will look like:
Lead Management and Tracking:

What your day will look like:
Lead Management and Tracking:
- Ensure all leads generated are accurately captured, tracked, and managed within the CRM system
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of lead data, ensuring that all necessary information is available and up-to-date
- Manage and optimize the CRM system (preferably Active Campaign) to support marketing and sales activities
- Develop and execute campaigns within Active Campaign, including newsletters and automated workflows
- Generate and distribute regular reports on key metrics such as the number of leads generated, business meetings scheduled, and opportunities created
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that align with sales goals
- Continuously improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation and nurturing
- Develop and propose new ideas to increase the number of quality leads
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and seamless handoff of leads
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed effectively
- Experience in B2B marketing or a sales-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, or a related role
- Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hub Spot)
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and lead nurturing strategies
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Active Campaign
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience with email marketing, campaign management, and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Legally authorized to work in Spain
