We are hiring a MCC Coordinator who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:

Day to day Maintenance Operations Control:

• Technical support to Crews and management of maintenance assistance in remote stations.
• AOG monitoring and recovery, Fault Isolation and Parts Request.
• Control and rectification of Deferred Defects in due time, having direct impact on the operational performance of our fleet.
• Fleet Technical Status update and communication of the Operational Limitations.
• Technical delay follow-up during daily operation.
• Traceability and Troubleshooting of Intermittent Faults.
• Scheduled maintenance supervision to ensure performance of the Line Maintenance contractors is in compliance with Volotea’s standards.
• Occasional preparation of daily Work packages.
• Company representative in non-routine maintenance tasks and Heavy Maintenance, including maintenance supervision and logistics support.

What you will need:

• Degree in Aeronautical field (Management or Engineering), business management or related field.
• No previous experience is required but is highly valued.
• Advanced skills in Office package (Excel is a kid’s game for you. Expert dealing with presentations & power point. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL will be an asset).
• Ability to think analytically, quantitatively, and creatively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced level of Spanish and English.
• Hand-on attitude and willing to make his/her best to accomplish the expected results.
• Influencer/Agent of change among his/her circle of action.
