At Ipsen, we are looking for a Medical Manager Rare Diseases Iberia with experience in rare diseases, based in Barcelona, who, following the company's overall strategies, will be responsible for leading the medical strategy for the rare diseases portfolio as well as first point of call for any scientific project in Spain and Portugal

At Ipsen, we are looking for a Medical Manager Rare Diseases Iberia with experience in rare diseases, based in Barcelona, who, following the company's overall strategies, will be responsible for leading the medical strategy for the rare diseases portfolio as well as first point of call for any scientific project in Spain and Portugal
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Leading the strategy and plan for marketed and pipeline products aligned with the Global Medical Plan.
- Managing medical projects and providing scientific information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge about Ipsen's rare diseases portfolio and therapeutic area.
- Conducting scientific exchange meetings at the national level and supporting HCPs, including thought leaders.
- Collaborating closely with MSLs and other departments such as Commercial and Market Access.
- Ensuring compliance with EFPIA codes, local guidelines, and Ipsen SOPs.
Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Biomedical Sciences, MSc, Ph D, MD, Pharm D.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, with experience in rare diseases being a plus.
- Languages: Expert/fluent communicator in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work in a team.
