Micro Technician needed in Barcelona, Spain

We are looking for a skilled Micro Technician - On Site Support with over 3 years of experience to join our team in Granollers for a 1-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in hardware and software support across various operating systems, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft, Linux, Apple (i OS, OSX, etc.), and Android systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: 1,200.00€ - 1,500.00€ per month
Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues in a micro-informatics environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft and Linux systems.
- Support and configure Apple (i OS, OSX) and Android devices.
- Manage and configure TCP/IP settings and ensure IT security standards are upheld.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems.
- Document and report issues and resolutions in accordance with company procedures.
- Proven experience in a customer-focused end-user support function covering EUC and software/OS installations and support.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
- Training in IT (FPI or FPII preferred).
- Proven experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft environments.
- Proficiency in Linux and familiarity with Apple (i OS, OSX) and Android systems.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP settings and IT security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on-site.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
