Main activities
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including handling phone calls in a professional manner, welcoming visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Financial Support: Assist the Financial Accountant (based in the Netherlands) and our external administrative consultant in Spain with invoice and document management.
- Office Facilitation:

- Book travel arrangements, maintain office supply stocks, and manage orders for office supplies and furniture.
- Support field service colleagues with necessary site access documentation.
- Coordinate required training for field service engineers and manage safety audit preparations.
- Facility Management: Ensure that the company’s premises are well-maintained, orderly, and presentable.
- Communication:

- Provide proactive support to management and team members, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Qualification in administrative and secretarial work, preferably at a vocational secondary education level.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
- Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office applications and standard secretarial tools.
- You are highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work indedependently.
- You are pro-active, so you take initiative and enjoy finding ways to improve the daily operation.
- You are a strong communicator and a team player.
