YOUR TASKS:

• To drive operational excellence and deliver value to customers and stakeholders by continuously improving service operations through data-driven analysis, innovative strategies, and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Improve operational performance in the Acciona Windpower fleet creating savings for the service business.
• Analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing improvement strategies.
• Providing training and support.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years in AW technology and service operations.
• English (excellent).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to wind power operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
