The Partner Success Operations Partner Facing Team does not have any direct reports
Core responsibilities
- Responsible for the correct handling of local tickets.
- Handling of submitted local tickets within the set SLA.
- Responsible for the unboarding of local partners, including demonstration of portals. Core tasks
- Proactively informing partners.
- Working closely together and keeping in touch with the other PSO departments.
- Unboarding of new QBS employees. Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.
- Good command of English language in word and writing.
Knowledge
01. Professional knowledge:
- Knowledge of and insight in the Microsoft guidelines and procedures. The same applies to ISV and QBS Hosting guidelines and procedures.
- Level 100-200 licensing knowledge.
- Knowledge of QBS products and Cloud services and systems.
- Knowledge IT Industry and SME, knowledge of Microsoft’s partner system and The IT Channel Company.
- Has knowledge of and insight in license, BREP, hosting. Knowledge of order “portals” and the service portal of Microsoft and its own organization.
