About the BRIDGE program:
You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

Who we’re looking for:
- Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations).
- Spanish C2 and English C1
- Passion, drive and commitment to learn and contribute to our mission.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English.
- Self-starter with good time management skills.
- Results-oriented, observing process & methodologies and great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a larger People & Culture team, you will:
- Work with People Engagement Team to execute People engagement plan.
- Assist in planning, translating, reviewing and publishing materials for internal communications across different channels.
- Engage employees across the organization in our programs and initiatives using different platforms and tools.
- Ensure programs are accessible to all employees, acting as point of contact for different employee initiatives and events.
- Perform regular measurement of our channels.
- Maintain updated distribution lists.
- Perform regular PO administration.
- Assist in event coordination.
