Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain overview of the projects ongoing to ensure pro-active follow up.
- Keep track off, complete and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of the AMD
- Order stationery and issue purchase requests for the AMD.
- Schedule meetings & annual performance appraisals with the department heads.
- Daily follow up correspondence with guests that checked out of the hotel.
What you bring:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Technical Abilities, System Knowledge and Training Recieved
- Degree qualification from a recognised hotel or business school.
- Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
- Proficiency in spoken and written business Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, MS Office and Infor HMS
- Experience in making high level Power Point presentations
