Your tasks

• Overall project management of construction projects / developments from inception to completion in Spain and ideally, Internationally
• Responsibility for defined project goals (timings, costs, and quality) and for the implementation with the design team of cost effective concepts and solutions
• Coordination of planning team (client side and externally) and control of project teams from inception of projects to handover
• Support in developing with the client project and procurement strategies
• Preparing time schedules, and cost estimates incl. monitoring resources and schedules
• Supervision of contractors site activities
• Working together with other colleagues within the Drees & Sommer International organization
• Overall management and responsibility for success of projects

Your profile

• Qualified to degree level in architecture, civil engineering or property development
• At least 5 years professional experience managing construction projects
• International work experience and intercultural competence preferred
• Excellent English / Spanish skills (both written and spoken), German is a plus
• Ability to inspire confidence and deal with clients, contractors and designers at all levels in a proactive way
• Willingness and assertiveness to lead with leadership / team skills
• Willingness to travel within Europe
