What You'll Do:
- Conduct end-to-end manual testing of multimedia applications on Smart TV, STB, Web, and Mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to create comprehensive test plans and execute test cases.
- Perform functional testing, GUI testing, exploratory testing, system testing, and regression testing.
- Develop detailed test cases, analyze test results, and provide clear reporting.
- Contribute to Quality Engineering processes, including test plan development, test estimations, and functional testing.
- Support customer enhancement requests and post-deployment testing to ensure smooth delivery.
- Assist in test automation where needed and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- 2+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Experience with testing mobile web, native, and hybrid apps.
- Ability to create detailed test plans and cases.
- Experience with regression testing, exploratory testing, and system testing.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot defects.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Basic understanding or exposure to test automation.
- Experience supporting customer enhancement requests and conducting post-deployment testing.
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodology.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
