A day in the life of.
Picture this: every day, you dive headfirst into the hustle and bustle of candidate recruitment with a goal-oriented mindset. You thrive on making connections, confidently making 50 calls and conducting six interviews daily to build robust candidate pipelines and meet hiring needs. Your mission? To attract top talent and get the best people on board! With your deep understanding of recruiting and your creative, commercial mindset, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our amazing team.

How you make an impact.

Source, recruit, and screen potential candidates, assessing their skills, knowledge, and cultural fit
Lead interviews using modern tools and methods to ensure a thorough and efficient selection process
Serve as the key point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships with candidates during and beyond the hiring process
Develop a robust recruitment pipeline, particularly for Customer Experience Specialists to ensure hiring needs are met
Weekly reporting on recruitment KPIs includes hiring rate, completion rate, and time to hire in order to measure the success of our recruitment process
Direct reporting to our Head of People

What we value in you.

Bachelor’s or University Degree in combination with 1+ year of experience in a similar role is a great advantage
Practical experience with a range of selection processes (video, interview, phone, reference checks)
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple job openings, track candidate progress, and prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to review resumes, applications, and candidate information to ensure accuracy and quality
Creative thinker who knows how to "Wow" candidates and bring fresh ideas to the table
You possess a strong "can-do" mentality, believing that nothing is impossible, and you are highly driven to meet and exceed targets
