- Propocionar una experiencia al cliente excepcional para dirigir las ventas de la tienda
- Comunicar de manera consistente con los miembros del equipo para asegurar un excelente servicio al cliente
- Facilitar el feedback de los clientes y el feedback sobre el producto a los managers
Embajador de Ralph Lauren
- Proporcionar una experiencia y acogida excepcional a los clientes
- Representar los valores y el espíritu de Ralph Lauren
- Demostrar una cultura donde el cliente es lo primero
Operaciones
- Uso de los sistemas y procedimientos de Ralph Lauren para mejorar las eficiencias en venta y poder construir una base sólida de clientes
- Mantenimiento de los estandares operacionales y visuales de la marca
- Mantenimiento de la tienda
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
