- Having led at least ONE end-to-end implementation and with proved experience in any of the following modules: Employee Central, Time Management and/or Recruiting.
- Another module would be considered very positively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
- Good understanding of HR process. High level of English is essential. French or German are welcome.
- You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
- You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
As a Success Factors Consultant you will have the responsibility of working on from medium size projects to complex and large-scale Success Factors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.
In addition, you will be able to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending of your skills.
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP Success Factors solutions.
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the Success Factors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Design and configure a Success Factors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users.
- Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support. Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
