What you will do in this role

• Negotiate contracts with Recruitment Agencies and Job Boards

• Coordinate candidates’ applications coming from Recruitment Agencies and distribute them among the corresponding Recruiters

• Check and manage all the documents related to the sources (Invoices, contracts, proposals)

• Publish and promote job offers daily

• Managing Friends Hunting Inbox and rules

• Make reports to ensure effectiveness of sources

• Proactive search of candidates

• Cooperate with Recruiters and Projects in the creation of job descriptions
