Key responsabilities
- Ensure and manage compliance with the Calibration Plan for the fleet of measuring equipment used in maintenance.
- Guarantee and manage compliance with the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan for ground support equipment.
- Ensure and manage compliance with the initial and recurrent Training Programmes of all personnel assigned to the organisation for Part 145, POA and DOA approvals of the company.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance and Production Managers in the development of the Annual Training Plans for each of the Part-145, POA and DOA approvals.
- Manage the uploading and updating of training on the maintenance area's online training platform.
- Collaborate with the HR Department for the application of the bonuses for the training carried out.
- Ensure the renewal and distribution of Maintenance Technical Publications ensuring the use of the latest version available throughout the maintenance organisation.
- Develop and manage budgets for training, calibration and technical subscriptions.
- Ensure the establishment and adequacy of performance indicators applicable to all areas of departmental responsibility.
- Aeronautical Engineering, Aeronautical Technical Engineering or other university degree related to the scope of the duties assigned to the position.
- Knowledge of the applicable regulation, Regulation (EU) 1321/2014 Annexes I (Part M), and II (Part 145), and Regulation (EU) 748/2012 Part 21.
- Knowledge in the use of measurement tools and equipment.
- Training on a relevant sample of aircraft, engines and components in the scope of the Part-145 Organisation. These courses must be at least equivalent to the familiarisation courses required in Part-66, Appendix III, level 1, and may be delivered by a Part-147 organisation, manufacturer or any other organisation accepted by EASA.
- At least 5 years' experience of which 2 years in the aviation industry in a similar position.
- Good level of English.
- Knowledge of human factors in aeronautical maintenance.
- Knowledge of SMS.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge and use of Moodle.
- Advanced knowledge and handling of Excel, Word and Access.
- Communication skills.
- Organisational skills Teamwork.
