The role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the hiring of our international IT teams based in Barcelona. He/she will be responsible for identifying and assessing the best candidates, supporting the hiring manager in making an informed recruitment decision.

The role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the hiring of our international IT teams based in Barcelona. He/she will be responsible for identifying and assessing the best candidates, supporting the hiring manager in making an informed recruitment decision.
What you’ll do
- Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Understand the needs of the hiring managers, including medium to long term talent gaps, identifying solutions to appropriately resource against our business needs.
- Use innovative resourcing techniques to find talent for hard to fill vacancies, including boolean search.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, sharing insight on the market reality.
- Collaborate with our Regional Center of Competence in the sourcing of candidates.
- Strive for continuous improvement, constantly looking for ways to improve our processes and ways of working.

Minimum qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment of tech profiles, with a strong knowledge of diverse sourcing strategies to attract the best talent.
- Excellent oral and written skills, communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of adapting and responding positively to change and to deliver against challenging timelines.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, building great partnerships both internally and externally.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
