Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Specialist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable travel experiences for our high-end clientele. While previous experience is not required, we are seeking someone who is exceptionally organized, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent customer service skills.

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage luxury travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring every detail meets their needs and desires.
- Provide outstanding customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout their travel experience.
- Collaborate with local vendors and partners to arrange accommodations, activities, and exclusive experiences.
- Maintain a high level of communication and coordination with clients, ensuring their expectations are not just met but exceeded.
- Handle administrative tasks related to bookings, client communication, and itinerary management with precision.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is not required, but a passion for travel and creating unique experiences is essential.
- Experience living or working in the United States is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Spain, Portugal, and Morocco, including their cultures, geography, and key destinations, is highly desirable.
