Your challenge

• As the UX/UI designer, you own the design process for our products, from the concept phase into production-ready designs. You are responsible of evolving Mediagenix’ products as well as maintaining existing interfaces.
• You make complex systems easy to use and ensure an user-friendly experience for highly technical use cases.
• You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers and the rest of the Design team.
• You establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the product.
• Lastly, you support the improvement of the company’s design culture.

Your interest and skills

• You have experience shaping digital products and designing modern web products, particularly responsive web design and design systems.
• You have a solid portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design and system thinking, with examples that demonstrate your ability to solve complex problems and create intuitive user experiences.
• You are proficient with design & prototyping tools such as Figma.
• You are committed and care about the quality of your designs as well as presenting them. You pay attention to details.
• Taking a practical approach to balancing user needs, business goals, and technical limitations comes is one of your key skills.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

• Depending on your experience, the salary range for this position is €37 000 – €40 000 annually.
