We focus our efforts in helping youths in risk of social marginalization and fighting climate change by reforesting parks or woods in Madrid and in the Doñana Forest. • Establish and maintain the global wording / endorsement library for Property Prime Product
• Assist in the development and maintenance of template/ clauses from which the policy document can be drafted
• Plan and facilitate new wording roll outs as well as upgrades of existing products in collaboration with the project team and technical underwriting
• Manage & communicate process changes to the stakeholders in the network and collect feedback about product and process improvements
• Organize & provide support with trainings as needed

• Work closely with wording digitalization project team
• Reflect any product / process changes in the required internal systems / tools (wording digitalization, MIA, NEO, IPS, etc.)
• Participate and assist with UAT
• Analyze current country and network partner capabilities including portfolio landscape
• Run and analyze various reports as needed

• Insurance or legal background (is preferable but not essential)
• Previous experience working in multinational environment (an asset)
• Education diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Law or equivalent
• Well organized with strong attention to details
• Effective communicator – both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in working closely with colleagues from across many countries and various areas of the business.
• Fluent in English (other languages is an advantage)
