Job overview
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in building our commercial efforts in the i Gaming segment. Your role will be to oversee and nurture established leads, support their conversion to customers and look for new growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with leads and customers, increasing awareness of our solution, feature updates & new markets we operate in, in order to upsell & convert

Travel to and attend conferences to meet with customers and leads
-
To be a face of Semla, and represent us positively
-
To seek out opportunities to increase our brand awareness and market capture
-
To feed information back to the organisation so we can optimise our solution, positioning and sales material
-
2+ years’ experience working in a similar role within i Gaming
-
Results-driven and bring initiative to the table
-
Self-motivated and a great team-player attitude
-
Organised with self-drive time management
-
A genuine interest for building long-lasting client relationships, maximising revenue and supporting the growth of Semla
-
Fluent in English (bonus if you have another European language)
-
Ideally based in Malta - (though not a necessity for the right candidate)

Working knowledge of Hubspot or another CRM system
-
