The Change Management Lead is a strategic change agent who champions the successful implementation of organizational transformations. This role focuses on the human side of change, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing employee adoption of new processes, technologies, or structures. By effectively leading the change management process, the Change Management Lead plays a critical role in achieving lasting success for organizational transformations.

What you’ll do
Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.
  • Assess the impact of planned changes on the organization, employees, and stakeholders, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance to change and ensure a smooth transition.
• Communication & Engagement:
  • Craft clear and consistent communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
  • Develop and deliver engaging communication materials (e.g., presentations, videos, FAQs) to educate and address concerns.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and encourage employee feedback.
• Implementation & Support:
  • Collaborate with transformation lead and management team to ensure seamless integration of change management initiatives within the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the changes.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees throughout the change process, addressing challenges and fostering adoption.
• Evaluation & Measurement:
  • Define success metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on the impact of change initiatives to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Seek opportunities to refine internal change management processes for future initiatives.
  
  

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience leading and managing successful change initiatives within an organization.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills to assess change impact and measure success.
• Proficiency in presentation and communication tools.

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Experience with training and development methodologies.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and technologies.
• Data analysis skills to track and measure change adoption.
