What we offer

We are now looking for a Global Process Developer for the Record to Report (Rt R) process, in the Global Accounting Process Design team. We offer a challenging global role with the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and skilled process design team which members are located globally.

The process design team for Rt R is responsible for the identification, design, and delivery of global accounting processes for both existing and new business initiatives.

What you’ll do

In the role as Global Process Developer Rt R, you will be part of a globally based team of 16 dedicated process developers, including members in the Pt P and Ot C teams. As a member of this team, you will drive the design of accounting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and scalability globally, manage and develop global processes following our business ambitions and digital agenda.

You will be collaborating with people within the wider finance community and various stakeholders throughout the organization, and you are driven to create results. You will report to the Rt R Global Process Owner in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and drive efficient and quality assured, efficient, and scalable processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders according to our strategy.
• Lead impact assessment and translate that into robust process design in partnership with stakeholders, and secure implementation of prioritized improvements and initiatives.
• Capture requirements for prioritized initiatives from and towards various stakeholders and teams within finance, commercial and digital organizations.
• Lead and enhance the communication related to accounting processes and enable collaboration through global networks.
• Secure alignment and transparency on priorities with all relevant stakeholders.

What do you bring

We believe you are educated in Business Administration with at least a Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar. 5+ years’ experience of working with processes and procedures within the field of finance is desired for this role. Experience from working with APQC framework (or equivalent) taxonomy and methodology is preferred.

You have a proven ability to reason logically, analytically, identifies necessary inquiry, and draw well-reasoned conclusions.
You possess strong communication skills; effective verbal and written communications, including active listening skills and skills in presenting requirements, conclusions, and recommendations at various operational and management levels.

Your drive and understanding of the value of digitalization and automation as the enabler to realize the full value potential, is shown in the way you manage to prioritize the most important initiatives in your area of responsibility. Also, you can lead others through times of uncertainty, different views and a constantly changing environment.

To succeed, you need great communication skills and enjoy working in networks and with stakeholder management. We highly value a strong drive to help the organization to improve their processes, reaching targets and realize operational efficiency.
In addition to the above you are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
