This position reports into the Country Controller and is based at Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will do
The Commercial Analyst is a business partner to country commercial teams in the Nordic countries and provides analytical support to the Commercial Teams. The Commercial Analyst has detailed control for total customer investment including pricing, rebates and trade investment. Position leads number of improvement projects to optimize the processes and analytical tools within the scope. The Commercial Analyst will also be maintaining, updating and improving the Nordic financial reporting models including the Power BI tools.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions
• Support KAM teams with Customer contract analysis and customer negotiation preparation.
• Trade Investment analytical support and control.
• Rebates analytical support and control.
• Assist in financial planning process
• Maintain and update the Nordic financial models and power BI tools
• Improve current financial reporting processes

Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software including SAP
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
