Customer Journey Specialist

What you will do
As a Customer Journey Designer at Avinode Group, you will:
  • Map the Customer Experience: Utilize established segments and personas to create detailed customer journey maps, illustrating every stage from brand discovery to repeat engagement. Identify pain points, emotions, and moments of delight to enhance the customer experience.
  • Customize and Innovate: Tailor journey maps to address specific needs and incorporate relevant details for each scenario. Design, build, and manage customer journeys across various touchpoints in the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate and Integrate: Work with different teams to create and implement customer journeys that drive positive outcomes. Build these journeys using our tech stack, comprising multiple tools.
  • Drive Excellence: Regularly review key customer experience journeys and touchpoints with cross-functional teams. Apply an insight-led, action-oriented approach to understand and document the performance of these journeys.
  • Report and Analyze: Regularly report the status of key customer journeys and touchpoints to stakeholders, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
What you will bring along
You thrive in a complex organizational environment and enjoy planning, organization, and creative problem-solving. You will bring along an excellent understanding of how people, objectives, processes, and systems link. You have a background or exposure to managing multiple priorities and resources at one time, working with cross-functional teams. You have a mindset of continuous progression and adaptability to ultimately promote and embed the use of customer journey mapping in the organization.
  • Experience: 4+ years as a Customer Journey Designer or similar role.
  • Influence and Change Management: Ability to drive change using customer experience principles and tools.
  • Innovative Thinking: Experience in design thinking, agile projects, and lean startup ‘test and learn’ experimentation.
  • Organizational Savvy: Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills, with an excellent understanding of the interplay between people, objectives, processes, and systems.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Knowledge and expertise in Project and/or Program Management.
  • Continuous Improvement: A mindset geared towards continuous progression and adaptability to promote and embed customer journey mapping within the organization.
  • Self-Starter: Driven by achieving tangible results and outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in process improvement methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Thrive in a setting where collaboration across functions drives innovation and success.
