Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as a Portfolio Manager at Solution Area Core Networks!

What you will do:
Join Solution Line Cloud & Common, the unit responsible to drive Serviceability and Security across the Ericsson 5G Core Portfolio

Be responsible for Ericsson’s 5G Core Serviceability and Security strategy that aligns overarching business objectives and enhances competitive advantage
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize business outcome and ROI.
Understand Ericsson portfolio, current and emerging technologies, concepts, and market expectations for Serviceability and Security within the telecommunications domain
Have the proven ability to work effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across a large variety of units, other groups and partners
Have outstanding communication skills, oral and written (ppt and doc), with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization
Develop skills for future leadership roles at Ericsson

In addition, we believe you have:

BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Technology, MBA degree or equivalent
2-4 years of work experience in strategy, business development, sales or equivalent.
Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
Passion about bringing your ideas to the table
A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment

Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience

Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results

Solid presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in English
A team player, “can do” attitude and results driven
