IT Service Owner

At Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions and our IT Finance Delivery department, we’re now looking for an IT Service Owner to take a central role in securing proper service delivery to our business. The mission is to ensure sustainable and efficient service to enable current processes and future business change.

About your job
In this position, you manage services in the Source to Pay and Financial Plan to Report process area, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business requirements and customer expectations in terms of quality and cost. Through service review meetings, you identify opportunities and drive continuous service improvement. Furthermore, you manage internal and external stakeholders and engage in IT collaboration across our business areas and Group IT function to identify synergies and maintain the value of IT.

Other important parts of your job are:

Manage the delivery of contracted IT Services.
Set up, maintain and monitor SLA’s and KPI’s.
Contract negotiations and supplier management.
Manage the financial and operational costs and budgets.
Coordinate enhancement & change management or lifecycle management activities.
Support the IT demands, projects and set up of new service offerings.

The location for this position is Stockholm or Sandviken, Sweden or Tampere, Finland. We apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office and remote work.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a degree in IT or equivalent experience within a relevant function. You have a background working in a global matrix organization and a few years' experience in IT services, operations or IT business strategy development. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English.

As a team player with a consultative approach, you lead and motivate people in a virtual and global organization. With a structured way of working, you set ambitious targets, deliver on promises and follow through. You’re an excellent networker with an understanding of stakeholder needs and you communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners. With your strategic and holistic view, you act on both short and long-term objectives.
