At Qliro we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with our clients. We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part Time Pre Collection Advisor, with an immediate start. In this role, you will contact customers in the Nordic markets (Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden) via phone to remind them of upcoming invoice due dates. You will play a key role in ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers in Finland, Norway or Denmark as well as Sweden by phone to provide friendly reminders about upcoming invoice due dates.
• Verify and update customer contact information as needed.
• Record and track customer communications in our system.
• Follow up on payment arrangements and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work with other teams to address and resolve any issues related to invoices.

We believe you:

• Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and one other Nordic language: Finnish, Norwegian or Danish.
  
• Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Have the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Have proficiency in office software and communication tools.
• Live in the Stockholm area.

Work Schedule:

• The position requires a commitment around 80 hours per month.
• The role is based at our office in Odenplan, Stockholm with the opportunity of a hybrid between the office and remote work.
• Availability to work during the second half of every new month, particularly around invoice due dates, to ensure timely follow-ups and collections.
