We are looking for a senior Pricing Analyst with quantitative competencies to our central pricing team. The role will support the business with price setting, data insights and drive initiatives for all lending and deposit portfolios in the division Private & Corporate Customers. You will report to Head of Pricing, be a member of the pricing team and work in close collaboration with other stakeholders in SEB.

About the job

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for driving pricing strategies that stems from quantitative analysis and insights from portfolio- and customer data. The purpose of the team is to optimize SEB’s pricing whether it is done through pricing models, guidelines or recommendations. The team needs to make sure that the pricing is calibrated according to market conditions, optimized with regards to growth and profitability and that the portfolio performance is in line with the overall strategies.

Your expertise and willingness to drive change will hopefully translate into modifications of current strategies. We believe that collaboration is the key to success and the role will collaborate cross-functional with team members from commercial, risk, technology among others.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you need strong analytical skills and experience from working in a commercially driven organization. You need 1-3 years of experience from risk analysis, pricing or similar roles that requires a business acumen in a combination with data analysis. You need to be able to query large data sets in SAS, SQL, Python, R or similar tools to be able to access data and generate insights. You have a Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or another relevant field. Working language is Swedish and English and you need excellent verbal and written communication skills in either of these languages.
