• Coordinate Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various parts of the organization to align resources and support for technology and new developments, product maintenance etc.
• Plan and Organize: Manage activities involving supplies, rebuilds, prototyopes and ensuring that everything is in place when needed.
• Guide the Teams: Oversee back-logs, set priorities, coordinate hardware and control algorithms development and help the teams work efficiently toward shared goals.
• Monitor Progress: Track time estimates and actual outcomes, ensuring activites stay on schedule and suggest corrective actions.

• Effective Communication & Coordination: Ability to engage with teams and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and alignment across the organization.
• Technical Project Management Experience: A background in project management or experience as a product owner is highly beneficial.
