Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team, where you’ll work with large-scale, highly available data sets that power the experiences of hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
Define IAM Data Schema:
- Design efficient, scalable data schemas for the IAM domain by analyzing current systems, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
Establish Data Governance:
- Set data management roles, quality metrics, and ensure compliance with policies. Document best practices for IAM data modeling.
Collaborate on Event Instrumentation:
- Partner with engineering teams to establish requirements for accurate data tracking and instrumentation.
Lead Project Execution:
- Plan and manage project phases, ensuring tasks are completed on time and objectives are met.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of data product development (Python, SQL).
- Experience translating analytics goals into production-ready datasets.
- Skilled in ETL processes, DAGs, and DBT.
- Strong data modeling and storage expertise.
- Proficient in SQL and cloud data warehouses (Big Query, Redshift, Snowflake); GCP experience is a plus.
- Effective communicator who mentors and collaborates across teams.
- Able to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- Committed to improving data quality through testing and performance monitoring.
