About the Role:
In this role, you will ensure that Icomera has a network of qualified suppliers, manage global spending, and establish lead times while implementing robust supplier contracts.
You will work proactively to ensure that policies and procedures are followed throughout the organization, while also contributing to improvements, updates, and providing support as needed.

Location and work dynamics:
The position is based in our Gothenburg office at Exportgatan 1B.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage Supplier Performance Monitoring (KPI), continuous follow up and actions to be managed in order to improve cashflow, identify cost reductions and reduce lead times.
• To report improvement in cashflow, cost reductions and lead time.
• Analyse and continuously evaluate current supplier base, identify new potential suppliers and maintain Supplier list.
• Conduct BRM, Business Review Meetings with selected suppliers and all relevant stakeholders.
• Initiate, negotiate, follow-up and manage Supplier Agreements.
• Participate in projects as Sourcing representative.

Required Competence:

• A solid academic background and qualification within Purchasing.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Skilled in interpreting and understanding legal language and intent.
• Experience in using SAP.
• Proficiency in using Office i.e. Excel.
• Strong understanding of Purchasing flows/functions/deliverables and financials.
