• Define and implement strategies for our 3GPP SEP portfolio, including 5G and 6G, to enhance the long-term value of Ericsson’s patent assets.
• Collaborate on claim charts to ensure their quality, consistency, and alignment with Ericsson’s broader business goals.
• Lead transformation initiatives by initiating and driving strategic and process changes within the IPR organization.
• Oversee patent licensing projects, managing both major and minor technical aspects to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders, both within and outside of the IPR&L organization, to drive cross-functional success.

• Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Standardization Experience: Experience with or active involvement in 3GPP standardization efforts.
• Leadership and Teamwork: Proven ability to inspire and lead informal teams, especially in uncertain, evolving environments.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with a successful track record of guiding projects from concept to completion.
• IPR Knowledge: Familiarity with patents and a demonstrated ability to build or enhance a licensing portfolio, eagerness to learn is equally valued.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to transform data and insights into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong business acumen with the capacity to influence, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
