Join us as Strategic Planning Manager for Telenor Sweden’s Fixed Division, where you’ll play a key role in setting and securing our strategic direction in line with Telenor’s broader goals.

What you´ll do
As Strategic Planning, you will help shape the Fixed Divisions strategic agenda in order to align with Telenor Sweden and Telenor Nordic’s goals. You’ll identify and prioritize focus areas, translate targets into measurable actions, and track progress to ensure alignment across Finance, Business, and Operations. Acting as the primary contact for our high-level roadmap, you’ll present in management and regional meetings, bringing strategic clarity and insight.

Key Responsibilities

Define focus areas, creating high-level plans with clear metrics to secure business benefits.
Identify and prioritize key areas, initiate and drive improvements to secure results.
Ensure alignment and documentation across Finance, Business, and Operations.
Represent the Division’s strategic roadmap and its metrics in management and Nordic meetings.

Who you are
To succeed in the role as Planning Manager, we believe that you have a background within strategic planning and/or consulting. You have a track record of working closely with senior management, stakeholders, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into a clear, strategic direction.

Excellent communicator, verbally and skilled in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
Strategic and business-oriented, able to bridge operations with financial perspectives.
Agile mind with stake holder management skills.
