Who we are looking for:

We are looking for curious people willing to question the current ways of working by utilizing disruptive technologies, agile ways of working and new business models in order to bring new ideas and innovations to life. With us you will have the possibility to work with true business transformation enabled by digital and be a key advisor for c-suites in leading Nordic companies. We hope you are someone who enjoys working in teams and can make everyone take advantage of their various strengths and areas of expertise to achieve the best possible results. To succeed in this role, you ideally have:

Good business understanding of one or more industries and have around 6+ years of work experience from consulting or similar.

Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally.

Experience and interest in Enterprise architecture, Cloud technology and agile models. Working with strategic advisory, profit realization and market analysis is compelling to you.

An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve sometimes diffuse client asks.

In addition to delivering projects, we are looking for experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams, empowering others to succeed, and driving internal activities (e.g. recruiting, social, training, etc.).

Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results.

Fluent in English (Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus).

Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected.
