To achieve our ambitious growth plans we offer an exciting opportunity to join our "agriculture & insurance" commercial team . Your focus would be clients in the D-A-CH region, based out of our headquarter in the heart of St. Gallen.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire sales process, with a strategic focus on the D-A-CH Insurance & Agriculture markets.
• Present and advocate for our cutting-edge weather solutions, advising clients and prospective clients on technical and meteorological applications to meet their specific needs.
• Enhance Meteomatics’ rapidly growing brand presence by representing the company at conferences and trade fairs across the D-A-CH region and beyond.
• Grow and nurture our D-A-CH client portfolio in close collaboration with our Customer Success, Marketing and Sales Development teams.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in the Insurance / Agriculture markets, preferably with 2-5 years in a commercial or customer-facing role
• Previous experience in a Saa S/Daa S Account Management role (or similar), with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders, strong negotiation skills and enthusiasm for leveraging weather information to solve business challenges
• Excellent communication skills in (Swiss) German and English -additional languages are an advantage
• Proven ability to work independently while being an integral part of a close-knit team focused on the Insurance & Agriculture segments
• Some previous knowledge of meteorological applications is desirable, but not necessary
• Swiss citizenship / working permit essential
