As an Accounting Analyst & Junior Controlling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing financial data, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

A Day in the Life of an Accounting Analyst & Junior Controlling Specialist

Accounting:

Update the period end closing documentation and justification for the accruals and provisions
Maintain daily accounting tasks for the Joint Venture Eckes Granini Suisse SA
Perform books closing of Eckes Granini Suisse SA and prepare VAT and IA declarations
Establish monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of Eckes Granini Suisse SA
Support preparation of external audits
Audit petty cash, free goods vouchers, and maintain asset register
Responsible for assets and trade assets management and maintenance of asset register

Controlling:

In charge of overheads controlling with preparation of budget, monitoring of actual cost and deviations to budget
Responsible for the procure to pay process for F&C department, including purchase requests and posting of good receipts

What will make you successful

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or controlling
Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
Fluency in French, German, and English
