Job Description
The Head of accounting is expected to handle the following :

• Manage the GL, AP, AR accounting in terms of people and delivery (Swiss and French Accounting)

• Payroll integration

• Travel cost and expense integration

• Fixed assets and other sub-ledgers

• Consolidation

• Financial reporting to Chief Performance Officer

• Tax, internal controls & compliance with applicable legal, fiscal & accounting norms

• Audit coordination

The Successful Applicant
The Head of accounting is expected to present the following profile :

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance / Chartered accountant

• 10+ years in full responsibility of accounting, 5+ years experience as a team manager

• Proficient knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations and French accounting standards, including consolidation

• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance

• French and English fluent

• Pragmatic, result-oriented mindset, habit to keep a team in perfect conditions to deliver and thrive
