Monarchy Enterprises, Zug, Switzerland, is the worldwide distribution and servicing company for New Regency-produced feature films and TV series. The Regency/Monarchy group is a major Hollywood producer of Academy Award-winning, globally released theatrical feature films with a catalog of 130+ films and several new releases a year. The film slate includes box office hits, such as The Revenant, Gone Girl, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Bohemian Rhapsody and the newly released title, The Bike Riders. The Group also has a television production unit responsible for producing high-end television series, including “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” for Amazon Prime and the upcoming “Man on Fire” for Netflix.
Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
The Company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will run point on all invoice, reporting, and collection transactions for the Zug branch. The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible primarily for creating, issuing and processing client invoices and ensuring that all payments are received in a timely manner. In addition, the role involves verifying and reconciling financial data to maintain accurate financial records.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly efficient, pro-active and personable team member who can liaise with individuals at all levels. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with both internal teams and external vendors.
Key Candidate Criteria:

Swiss national or valid work permit holder.
Proven experience in accounts receivable is preferable or a similar finance-related role.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
Fluency in the English language with excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
Previous employment where English was the primary language of business is a plus.
Highly accurate in written communication, with attention to detail, strong analytical ability.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with colleagues across multiple locations and a global client base.
Extremely efficient with the ability to prioritize workload and take multiple tasks on board at a time.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new software applications and find solutions for collecting data.
