Our client is a major organization located in Geneva.
Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist we are looking for will have the main following responsibilities :
-
Management of Accountpayables
- Invoices checking
- Invoices approval follow-up
- Financial and analytical codification
- Invoices recording
- Management due payables
- Prepare payment proposal
- Maintain a good working relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Manage travel & expenses (Concur)
- Support staff members for travel & expenses
- Daily support on basic admin tasks
- Daily support on checking travel & expenses entries and manage booking
- Contribute to prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closings
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Payable Specialist will bring the following background and experience :
- Bachelor in Finance and accounting
- 5 to 10 years of experience in financial accounting
- Good knowledge in cost accounting and Swiss VAT
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must, French an asset
- Excellent IT commands
- Strong organizational skills
