About Our Client
For our client, an international bank we are looking for an Administrative Supporter in Purchasing and / or Procurement (100%) located in Basel. They are currently seeking an additional Administrative Officer to join the team as soon as possible. This position is available immediately and is initially limited to a 6-month contract.

Job Description
Your Tasks & Responsibilities will be:* Collect purchase order requirements and perform quality control to submit into procurement system

• Organises and coordinates meetings and events, both internal and external
• Updates relevant contact details in the Contact Management System
• Assist with other administrative tasks
• Collect purchase order requirements and perform quality control to submit into procurement system
• Prepare requisition requests for approval and submission
• Maintains information on the intranet and in other systems, including the organisation chart
• Handling day to day operational tasks and queries from suppliers regarding purchase orders and

invoicing

The Successful Applicant
Must haves:

• At least 1 years of experience in purchasing or procurement administrative/support role
• Proficiency in Oracle & Microsoft Excel
• Experience in identifying and resolve basic procurement-related issues.
• Strong customer service skills and hands-on experience with analysing data and generating basic reports using Excel.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus.
