Agile Coach with Technical Background

Within the agile community organization, you will leverage your extensive Agile Coach experience, supported by a strong development and technical background, to collaborate with other agile coaches, product owners, and scrum masters. Your role will involve supporting teams located in Switzerland, India, USA, and Italy, with the goal of facilitating, improving, and promoting efficient agile adoption that delivers early working software and generates value. You will be an active member of a team engaged in a global agile transformation at scale, within a multicultural and distributed environment, with top-level management sponsorship. The Agile Team is committed to adopting and implementing the most effective agile methodologies and practices suitable for our environment. MSC encourages innovation, new ideas, and continuous learning through multiple learning programs (business, Pluralsight, O’Reilly, etc.).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizing and implementing transformations from waterfall to agile methodologies.
  • Coaching agile teams to adopt an agile mindset, including values and principles, collaboration, a thirst for knowledge, a positive attitude, continuous improvement, and value-driven development.
  • Supporting PMO and program management in using the required agile techniques to plan and follow up on projects and programs.
  • Assisting agile teams in adopting agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean software development, Nexus, Le SS, and SAFe.
  • Organizing and leading agile training sessions for newcomers.
  • Conducting ad-hoc agile training based on needs, using agile serious games, liberating structures, and other similar techniques.¨

Who are you?
  • You have significant experience in IT projects as a Senior Technical Expert (developer experience preferred).
  • You have transitioned into a Scrum Master position.
  • You possess solid agile coaching experience with knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (Le SS, Nexus, SAFe).
  • You are accustomed to working on large projects, including those with offshore components.
  • Holding at least one agile certification will be a significant advantage for this role.
