Do you have proven track of record in agile product management and are eager to spread that knowledge as a coach? You have been part on driving organizational change and have helped the leadership team to steer into a product centric direction? Are you a team player? Are you excited to solve problems and driving changes with sustainable impact?

If the answer is YES - we’re looking for Business Agile Coach to:

Build the foundation in skill and methodology for our product centric organization
Strengthen our Product Management Guild by driving skill growth and knowledge sharing
Work with individuals, teams, streams and divisions to drive organizational transformation,
Adopt/improve our agile way of working and promote product delivery of business value
Work with the key roles across our Agile Delivery Model to increase team performance and overall effectiveness
Facilitate learning and development through coaching, trainings, and workshops on agile principles and product management
Enable collaboration across teams and departments by helping identify impediments and improve organizational challenges (product, technical, people)

Your team

You will be a part of a dynamic team of Business Agile Coaches supporting different streams around our Agile Delivery Organization. We have a strong collaboration mindset within Personal & Corporate Banking in Switzerland.

Your expertise

Proven track of record in Product Management from idea creation to commercialization
Expert in defining and communicating product strategy and vision aligned with company goals
Willing to share knowledge and train or coach others in best-in-class Product Management
Proficient in (scaled) Agile methods like Scrum, Kanban, Lean
Released and managed multiple products along the product lifecycle, ideally Product Owner experiences in a business environment
Strong servant leader with the ability to think strategically and translate business needs into OKRs and problem statements
Strong sense of continuous improvement to grow once’s own craft, learning new tools, experiment and share across community
Proficient in German and in English (written and spoken)
