For its site of Mex, Switzerland, BOBST is looking for its new Business Intelligence Analyst.
As Business Intelligence Analyst you report to the Business Intelligence Director.
This is a permanent contract with a negotiable start date.
As Business Intelligence Analyst, you support the business to take data informed decisions through actionable insights and to develop the data culture aligned with Bobst vision

In this position you will be part of the Sales and Marketing team and key for our digitalization journey. The team’s mission is to support the business to take data informed decisions and to develop the data culture aligned with Bobst vision. You will be responsible for translating data into valuable information and actionable recommendations for the business. You will design, develop, and maintain decision-making systems, dashboards, performance measurement and reporting solutions.

Main responsibilities :

Design and development of tools, KPI reports and dashboards for all business areas
Maintain accurate and reliable data, clearly defined KPI and single source of truth approach
Ability to develop data-driven solution by using machine learning model, Python/R
Support the Sales and Marketing and Supply chain and operation team’s to maintain new state of the art business intelligence tools
Create a great user experience through easy to use and visual appealing dashboards
Perform analysis of user needs, be a force of proposition during continuous improvement workshops
Drive collaboration with other departments and sharing knowledge to users
Structure the document Library of the department and maintain the internal portal

Your profile :

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information System or related fields
Tableau Data analyst certification will be a strong plus
5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis
1 year of Supply Chain experience will be a plus
Proven track record of leading and implementing change management projects for an international organization
Analytical approach with command of BI Tools (esp. Tableau Desktop, Tableau prep or similar software)
Experience with SQL, Python/R and Machine leaning model
Good knowledge of ERP SAP and Salesforce
Fluent in English, other languages are beneficial

You have the ability to cope in a matrix organization with different stakeholder in a multinational company.
You are self-confident and trustworthy personality with intercultural affinity.
You are a good communicator, and you strongly perform in teams
Show initiative, just do it attitude.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
You have a structured and analytical mind-set enabling you to efficiently drive and implement various projects simultaneously
