Buyer:
For our Purchasing Department we are looking for a young and dynamic professional who will be responsible for supporting the day to day activities in order to ensure that the supply of goods, materials and services is managed effectively and efficiently.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:

support the purchase of goods, materials and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;
prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedule;
manage relationships with suppliers;
ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures;
prepare reports and updates;
organize shipments to/from Suppliers;

The resource should also have the following skills:
Hard Skills

bachelor in Economics or similar education;
al least 3/5 years of experience in the same function in a manufacturing Company;
fluent in English and German;
experience of working closely with suppliers;
able to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvements;
knowledge of accounts payable.

Soft Skills
good communications skills;
resourcefulness and dynamic skills;
good organizational skills.
