• Order processing / handling / monitoring of direct (division) material
• Contact point of part availability towards Divisions
• First instance for delivery issues, internal and towards supplier
• Master data maintenance
• Collaboration on inventory
• Accounting – Invoice processing, creating Credit-/Debit notes

• Min. of 2 years work experience in operational purchasing, working as Buyer
• Good knowledge of SAP-ERP-System (+ SAP Ariba advantageous)
• Experienced handling of SAP and Office tools
• Strong communication skills in English and German (both written and spoken)
• A collaborative and solution-focused approach
• Further education, appropriate to area of expertise is desired
